Turkey necks are a very lean meaty bone. Necks of any kind should be rotated with other meaty bones. Feeding an excessive amount of necks, trachea, or gullet can potentially cause dietary hyperthyroidism due to active thyroid tissue/enzymes that may be present in these items.
